Technical FAQ

It does not break on day one. It degrades faster than the model said, misses the peak it was bought to shave, and the warranty claim fails because the duty cycle was outside the tested conditions all along.

Every number we quote carries the conditions it was measured under — C-rate, depth of discharge and temperature. Without them a specification is decoration.

How a project runs

Energy, power, cycles per day, ambient conditions and the grid code. Interval data where you have it.

Size and select

Configuration, chemistry, cooling and C-rate, with the degradation curve and any augmentation plan stated up front.

Integrate

BMS, PCS and EMS configured together, protocols verified against your inverter and SCADA rather than assumed.

Test and ship

Factory acceptance test to an agreed protocol, then class 9 dangerous-goods shipment with the full document pack.

Commission

Commissioning support, handover documentation and a named contact for warranty and service.

Lithium is class 9 dangerous goods and a permitted installation. Without the paperwork the shipment does not move and the system does not get signed off.

UN 38.3 test report

Required for air and sea transport of every lithium shipment.

MSDS / SDS

Safety data sheet for the cell chemistry, in the destination's format.

Cell and module test data

Capacity, internal resistance and OCV traceable to serial number.

Factory acceptance test

System-level FAT before despatch, protocol agreed in advance.
