An integrator, and clear about it
Hyperion Energy Systems LLC is a United States registered company supplying and integrating stationary energy storage. We do not operate our own cell production. We select cells and systems from established manufacturers, integrate them with the BMS, PCS and EMS the application needs, and take responsibility for specification, testing, compliance documentation and delivery.
What we do and what we don't
Plenty of companies in this industry show a factory they do not own. We would rather be straightforward about the model, because it changes what you should expect from us.
What we do: turn a load profile into a configuration that will still meet it in year ten, select cells and power electronics that work together, verify protocols against your equipment, run the factory acceptance test, and deliver with the certification and transport documents the project needs.
What we don't: manufacture cells, or present certificates held by a manufacturer as though they were ours. Where a UL or IEC certificate belongs to the cell or system maker, it is supplied in that company's name and we say so.
How an order actually runs
The value sits in the steps between your purchase order and a commissioned system.
Load and site review
We read the duty cycle against what is physically achievable and come back with questions before quoting. A sizing error resolved here is cheaper than an augmentation in year three.
Supplier selection
Cell grade, system integrator and power electronics chosen per application. A residential stack and a 5 MWh container are not the same supply chain.
Production tracking
Order confirmation, production slot and expected completion tracked and reported, so a slip surfaces while there is still time to react.
Factory acceptance test
Capacity, efficiency, BMS behaviour and protective functions verified to an agreed protocol before despatch.
Shipment and documents
Class 9 packing and declaration, UN 38.3 report, certification pack and commercial documents against the agreed incoterm.
Commissioning and after
Commissioning support, handover documentation, and a named contact for warranty claims with measurement conditions already agreed.
Registration
Buyers are right to check who they are dealing with before transferring funds, particularly on capital equipment. The formation record is a public filing with the Arizona Corporation Commission and can be verified independently through its business entity search.
A certificate of formation confirms legal registration only. It is not an endorsement of any company's trading record — ours included. Trade references and bank details are provided on request as part of normal due diligence.
